Video Guidelines:

  • What platforms do you create content for?
    We create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • What will the final video format be?
    4K Resolution (3840x2160) HVEC H.265 MP4 File.

  • What is the turnaround time for video deliverables?
    A week for all deliverables.

  • How much lead time is required for a successful campaign?
    To ensure a successful marketing campaign, we require at least a 4-week lead time.

Text Blasts:

  • Who is responsible for scheduling the text blast?
    You will select the date for the text blast, and we will handle the scheduling and sending.

  • How large is your text list?
    Your blast can reach up to 11,000+ contacts. Each text blast will be tailored to a targeted audience depending on the event type.

Email Blasts:

  • How large is your email list?
    Your blast can reach up to 34,000+ contacts. Each email blast will be tailored to a targeted audience depending on the event type.

  • When do email blasts go out?
    Email blasts go out every Tuesday and Thursday.

  • What information is required for the email layout?
    Layout: Depending on the tier you purchase, your email will either be a standard placement at the email footer for 30 days or you can have the premiere placement with your flyer and email featured. You are responsible for providing all assets.

Social Media Posts:

  • Who is responsible for posting the content?
    You are responsible for posting your content. We will provide a content calendar with recommended posting dates. You have full rights to use your content as you wish.

  • Who provides the captions and assets for social media posts?
    Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing the captions and assets. When approved, we will promote it on our platforms and also add it to your content calendar for campaign management.

  • How will I know that social media marketing is working?
    We will send all analytics for full transparency, and to highlight successes and areas for improvement.

Please keep in mind that our marketing services are in addition to your marketing efforts. We are not responsible for ticket sales or the outcome of your event.

Note: Social media is only one form of marketing. We recommend our clients promote in many different ways, such as press releases, partnerships, paid advertising, radio, newsletters, word of mouth, etc.

Lastly, RSVPs don’t guarantee attendance. Free events may see 10-30% show up, while paid events average around 70% due to financial commitment.

Content Calendar:

  • How can I track my campaign?
    After your approval, our Marketing Coordinator will send a content calendar reflecting the entire campaign from start to finish. This calendar will detail what will be delivered/posted and when.

À La Carte Options:

  • Can I choose individual services instead of a package?
    Yes, you can choose individual services from our diverse à la carte list. While packages may offer savings, purchasing a package is not required. Please contact your Sales Coordinator for more information.

Ticketing:

  • What ticket platform do you use?
    We use the Afton ticket platform.

  • Can you assist with ticket management or check-in staff?
    Yes, at an additional cost. If you need ticket management or FOH staff for check-in, please contact your sales coordinator.
